可瑞舒适家杭州新总部，位于杭州西湖区，由一上下两层的简易厂房改造而成。设计师一改原建筑的脏乱形象，打造出一个围绕以挑高中庭为核心的体块分明的白色建筑，使其独立于周边环境。

整体空间简净是第一语言，探究一种“白”的实体，感受白的纯粹。并在白中大胆地融入红色，希望传达到空间使用者积极乐观，热情主动。中庭顶部，既是很有秩序美感的顶部造型，又能消除大部分的太阳热量，给室内整体空间常年保持恒温恒湿减少了外部的影响。同时，经过计算设计，巧妙地让一部分光线进来，并随着日头的变化而在空间中迁移，好像是可以读取的天然时针，让空间变得灵动无比。新大楼一层设有产品展厅和舒适家各系统的智能体验样板间，二层为综合办公区。功能分布满足共享大厅，开放办公区，多媒体会议，小型研讨区，独立办公室，展示体验空间等。

The new headquarters of Kerui Comfortable Home in Hangzhou, located in Xihu District, Hangzhou, was transformed from a simple factory building with one and two floors. The designer changed the messy image of the original building and created a clear white building with a high-rise atrium as the core, making it independent of the surrounding environment.

The overall simplicity of the space is the first language, exploring a kind of "white" entity, and feeling the purity of white. And boldly incorporate red into the white, hoping to convey the positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and initiative to the space users. The top of the atrium is not only a very orderly and beautiful top shape, but also can eliminate most of the sun's heat, and keep the entire indoor space at a constant temperature and humidity all year round to reduce external influences. At the same time, after calculation and design, a part of the light is cleverly allowed to enter and migrate in the space with the change of the sun, like a natural hour hand that can be read, making the space extremely agile. The first floor of the new building is equipped with a product exhibition hall and an intelligent experience model room for various systems of Comfort Home, and the second floor is a comprehensive office area. The function distribution satisfies the shared hall, open office area, multimedia conference, small seminar area, independent office, exhibition experience space, etc.
